I've been blogging on Medium for several years now (I began in 2014): usually about The Book of Common Prayer or the works of Shakespeare, but sometimes about other things that are on my mind.

I am the Director of Music Ministries at a United Methodist Church near Nashville, TN. I am the proud dad of two daughters, a 15 year old and a 10 year old. My wife and I have been married for 22 years, and we've lived 18 of those years in Nashville.

My interests are many: Shakespeare, theology, the Bible, Sherlock Holmes, music, The Book of Mormon, language, dictionaries, the Qur'an, The Book of Common Prayer, to name a few. I enjoy blogging from time to time, but I haven't yet figured out how to stay regular at it.
